Held by the Ministry of Commerce, P. R. China, China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) is the exclusive internationalized auto parts and aftermarket exhibition by the Chinese Government, which is held in accordance with the principles of globalization, specialization and the market requirement. CIAPE will open a window for both Chinese and international automobile and auto parts industries by introducing their development level and trend of growth. It will serve as a platform for the release and commercialization of new products, technologies and materials, establishment of brand image, introduction of advanced technologies, equipment, key parts, advanced management and overseas intellect. It also aims to promote import and export, exploration of new markets, investment and cooperation both at home and abroad, interaction between R&D and production, and multilateral exchange. It is our belief that CIAPE will provide to Chinese and international auto parts and aftermarket industries an inclusive and multi-perspective platform for exhibition, trade and cooperation. It will furthermore play a positive role in deepening the international division of the global automotive industry and optimizing its supply chain.
The 2007 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE 2007) was held in China International Exhibition Center, Beijing from Nov.29 to Dec.1, 2007. 1,049 exhibitors from 27 countries and regions exhibited their latest products, innovation and brand images in CIAPE 2007, covering a floorage of 50,000 square meters. Among these 20% were from overseas. 45,360 visitors attended the show including 6,200 overseas visitors from 97 countries and regions. The top 10 countries and regions with the largest number of visitors are Korea, USA, Russia, Japan, Brazil, Germany, Iran, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Turkey.
The 2008 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE 2008) will be held in China International Exhibition Center (New Venue), Beijing from Nov. 12-15, 2008.
